Mike works with a wide range of clients, ensuring they have the up-to-date, timely and understandable financial data they need make effective management decisions.
Mike is an experienced accountant having worked in the sector for 25 years, and for Lamont Pridmore since 2014. Specialising in all types of small, owner-manged businesses, Mike particularly enjoys working with the motor trade and the engineering sector. He quickly grasps the need-to-know facts of legislation changes to benefit clients, and he trains and coaches junior team members.
Originally from the ‘posh end’ of Bolton, Mike now calls Whitehaven home. When he’s not on a cruise, you’ll find him in his garage covered in oil and grease fixing up a car or motorcycle, or in good weather, on his yacht (which apparently isn’t as posh at it sounds). Mike is a qualified sailing instructor and claims to be ‘the next Hendrix’. He plays sax, piano and several other musical instruments.
